Work with free weights, weight machines, exercise bikes, elliptical trainers, stair machines, treadmills and more. Take classes in aerobics, Pilates, yoga, kick boxing, self-defense. Get personal assessment and workout advice. There's a fitness place near you.

MCC-Maple Woods is home to an excellent fitness center that is open to students and the community. The center is a licensed Les Mills club (coming in April: fat-burning Les Mills Body Pump & Body Step classes!).
SOUTH
MCC-Longview's awesome recreation system features a 10 lane indoor swimming pool for some of the best exercise you can get along with a full array of equipment and classes.
